Pomegranate Balsamic Oatmeal Cookies
Pomegranate Balsamic is a very intense sweet tart flavor that I decided to make cookies with. The cookies were moist, delicious, and very unique to the standard Oatmeal Chocolate Chip cookie recipe that most people make this time of the year. I can’t wait to whip up another batch to leave for Santa this Christmas Eve!! I’m also going to make some crepes, pancakes and hopefully muffins with this unique Pomegranate Balsamic, but the month is still young! I have lots of time for whipping up some more deliciousness!!
- 2 sticks margarine
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup white sugar

- 1/2 cup Pomegranate Balsamic
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- 2 cups oatmeal
- Mix thoroughly. Drop on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
