Bavarian Cream Pie Day! Lots of great food holidays are celebrated each day and today is no exception. Today is Bavarian Cream Pie Day and it is a delicious chilled dessert that includes custard and pie crust. Then top with whipped topping and enjoy. We always add a little bit of fresh fruit on top just to make it a little prettier. I also cheat and use a bought custard mix but make my own pie crust using the recipe you can find here. It is a tried and true family recipe that has been around for years!
