BBQ Pork Mac N Cheese Recipe

BBQ Pork Mac N Cheese Recipe

BBQ Pork Mac N Cheese Recipe is one of our go to meals because who doesn’t love BBQ and macaroni and cheese. But instead of using a box mix I always make up my own from scratch. Everything is better when it is homemade right?? But BBQ pork and macaroni and cheese are two staples in our house because they are easy to make. But in the summertime Mr. SMSL barbecues a lot, so having freshly smoked pulled pork makes this dish even better.

  • Smithfield Garlic & Herb Pork Tenderloin (any brand we usually use plain and then season the meat)
  • Bottle of BBQ Sauce we usually have K.C. Masterpiece on hand but have tried several brands and they are all delicious!
  • 1 Box of  Elbow Mac (1lb)
  • 4 cups of 4 cheese blend cheese (You could also do cheddar)
  • 4 oz. of  Cream Cheese

This looks amazing & I plan to make it, but I have a question. Your ingredients list flour & pano crumbs, but the directions don’t incorporate them. Are they optional?
