After the mind numbing tasks of sitting at a computer every day and repeating the same things over and over again, my brain needed some exercise! I just finished up Season 7 of The Brain Games, which is basically yoga for my brain. Ha! This is the Emmy Nominated series last running season. This mind blowing series lasted for 7 season because it captures your attention and keeps it, making you want to watch episode after episode.

The Series host John Silva does an excellent job of keeping you wanting more, My favorite episode “involves selective memory function.” Which seems to happen a lot in my house between my husband and kids. As I’m sure it happens in your home as well. I also enjoyed watching the episode about finding out if you’re born bad or if you have developed that growing up through out the years. This a great series to start after the kids go to bed, I don’t want to give too much away but you’re going want to watch this one for your self.

This is going on my Christmas shopping List, Perfect stocking Stuffers for all the special people in your lives.

Brain Games Season 7 will really “get inside your head.”
