Butterscotch Pudding Day is celebrated each year on September 19th across the United States. But this is one holiday that I personally won’t be celebrating because I do not like butterscotch pudding. Mr. SMSL loves it as well as our daughter Liz so they will be indulging in this yummy dessert later tonight. But I think I will have chocolate instead.

Butterscotch pudding is made with brown sugar, butter, butterscotch, corn syrup and vanilla. But I make it right out of the box because it is so much simpler!
