Caramel Custard Day is celebrated each year on October 3rd across the United States. I’ve never been able to make a custard but I do enjoy eating them from time to time. Mr. SMSL has it down to a science though, so I can get treated occasionally! Here is the recipe we use to make Caramel Custard when the mood strikes! It is a very creamy and delightful dessert that is baked in a water bath. Are you a Caramel Custard lover or hater?
