Cardinal Fans Paradise
Cardinal Fans Paradise! Our daughter Liz is a member of FFA (Future Farmers of America) and they are traveling to Louisville, Kentucky this week. The Hamilton Hornets are traveling with several other FFA organizations from local schools on a big charter bus. This morning they took off and the fog and rain was horrible!! But despite the yucky weather they made pretty good time and made it to their first stop.
St. Louis was their stopping point for today and while they were there they got to see the St. Louis Arch from their bus and I got the picture above via text. Along with a one-line text, “We made it.” At least it was spelled right and had punctuation, the next view was this!
In the press box! #BuschStadium #CardsNation #StLouis #NationalFFAConvention Yep, she is a bloggers daughter after all or even a cool teen that knows who to use hashtags! Either way I was happy mom and the view was amazing!! The students even all got to walk on the field which was a thrilling opportunity. Although I do know that they were disappointed that the #Cards weren’t playing in St. Louis tonight. But as true Cardinals fans they have made the best of it and watched via their phones, tablets, laptops and etc.
This will be one World Series Game that this group of National FFA Convention goers doesn’t forget anytime soon. I’m sure they have stocked up on official Cardinal merchandise.
Check out their amazing deals and check back tomorrow to see what the second day of her trip has in store for us all.
