January is Soup Month
One of my favorite months of the year is here and I couldn’t be more excited. That favorite “month” is January and it’s known as soup month. If you love soup as much as I do, you’ll know why this is a big deal. Soup can be something that warms you up on a cold day and makes you feel warm and fuzzy inside. Why does soup deserve its own month? So to celebrate we are going to go with cheesey potato soup. It is a super easy recipe that everyone can make in the comfort of their own home.
Soup Easy to Make
Soup deserves its own month because it’s super easy to make on its own. You don’t need super weird ingredients to make soup. You could probably go to your fridge and pantry and find ingredients to make soups right now.
Soup is Budget Friendly
One reason we love soup around here is that it is budget friendly. We love saving money where we can and soup is one way to do that. Who can say no to spending less money? Not me!
Soup is Good for You
Unless you’re pouring sugar into your soup, it’s actually a very hearty way to feed your family. Soup is typically loaded with veggies and protein, which is so good for your body. I have made several soups in the past that my family has loved and I enjoyed watching them eat it because it’s good for them.
Now, I hope you all enjoy Soup Month as much as we do. I’ll have some fun soups to share with you this month. Enjoy the thick and creamy soups I have to share with you!
