The Chefwave Secco Pro food dehydrator is nothing short of amazing. But before I go any further, I have to tell you that I have partnered with Chefwave to bring you this post. They sent me the Chefwave 6 Tray Food Dehydrator, in exchange for this post.
The reason I brought you this post was because I was tired of the food waste. we spend a lot of time in two different states and the groceries that we were throwing away was pretty astronomical. We take a lot back and forth with us but sometimes it’s just easier to toss it or in this case, we’re going to start dehydrating it. It will help us live more frugally as well as keep food storable longer.
My intention is to use the Chefwave Secco Pro Food Dehydrator to dehydrate onions, potatoes, and fruits, that we have leftover and then make our own jerky. Because of my pre-diabetic status, I have been working on cutting out sugar so it’s a good way to save those fruits for not only food waste but also eating natural sugars is better for you than eating a pint of ice cream or a couple of bites of ice cream.
