Chocolate Covered Marshmallows
Ingredients
egg shaped marshmallows (I found mine at Aldi)
lollipop sticks
Directions –
Pour the Wilton chocolate candy melts into a microwave safe dish and heat in 30 second increments, stirring occasionally.
Once the chocolate is melted, take one marshmallow egg at a time and insert a lollipop stick into the base. Remove and dip into the chocolate about 1/2 and inch. Stick back into the base of the marshmallow and then place the marshmallow on the baking sheet.
Repeat with the desired number of marshmallows.
Once you have the lollipop sticks in the marshmallows, place the baking sheet in the fridge for 15-20 minutes to allow the chocolate to set.
Reheat the melted chocolate following the directions above.
Carefully dip the marshmallows into the chocolate using a spoon to completely coat them. Gently tap the excess chocolate off the marshmallow and place on the baking sheet.
Sprinkle with sprinkles.
Repeat with all the marshmallows.
