Chocolate Peanut Butter Flakes Recipe
Chocolate Peanut Butter Flakes has been a family Christmas candy for as long as I can remember! We used to spend at least one day making candy with my Nana each year and spending time with her is one of the most cherished memories ever. Making candy always took all day but when we were done we had delicious homemade candy to give as gifts, eat at family gatherings and of course munch on whenever we visited Nana’s house.
Some of our must make holiday recipes include easy fudge, Holly candy, Divinity, Indoor Smores, Peanut Butter Flakes, Peanut Butter balls and course peanut Brittle. So this year we made candy as a family this past weekend and I decided I would share a few of my family recipes with you all! Liz’s friends, the delivery drivers and employees at my husband’s workplace enjoyed the fruits of our labor and so far we still have enough to bring to our Christmas gatherings this next week. So for us it was a win, win situation because we made gifts from the heart and spent time together as a family which is what it is all about in the end!
I hope you enjoy Chocolate Peanut Butter Flakes as much as we do!!
1 cup butterscotch chips and 1/2 cup peanut butter melt and add 3 cups corn flakes.
Spoon out onto wax paper and drizzle with chocolate once they are set up a little. Easy and delicious!
