The flavors of the cilantro, as well as roasted onion, are robust and a great addition to any kitchen. They compliment each other very well and bring “a hmm..what is that flavor?” to any palette.

We have enjoyed several dishes made with this awesome olive oil including fajitas, quesadilla’s, and fresh salads with vinegar and olive oil mixed together to make a healthy salad!! But the absolute favorite dish we used Devo Olive Oil Cilantro and Roasted EVOO on was fresh asparagus cooked on the grill. The recipe is super simple to make and clean up is a breeze which is my kind of cooking in the Spring and Summer.

Grilled Asparagus with Olive Oil Cilantro and Roasted Onion EVOO

• Clean and trim Asparagus
• Place in tin foil and drizzle Devo Olive Oil Cilantro and Roasted Onion EVOO over it.
• Wrap it up and place on grill for about 15 minutes.
• The steam from the EVOO cooks the asparagus nicely and the flavor is amazing!!
