The Dirty Lazy Keto Cookbook
The holidays are over and we are well into our way of 2020 and we all have those New Year’s Resolutions. Or some of us do, and this year one of mine is to lose a few pounds. Keto has been a way of life for some people and the success stories are out of this world. I, however, have dabbled in Keto and also found a little success but one of the things I’ve learned is that Keto doesn’t just mean meat and cheese. In some Keto programs cheese isn’t allowed, but I encourage you to do your own research and find the Keto plan that works best for you.
But, just because you are living the Keto Lifestyle doesn’t mean you have to eat bland boring foods, in fact, that couldn’t be farther than the truth. Enter Stephanie Laska, the blogger, and author behind the best-selling DIRTY, LAZY KETO books. Stephanie is an inspiration to all of us who struggle with our weight! She even shows us that sticking to diets isn’t the only way to lose weight. In fact, she lost more than half her body weight (140 lbs!), she did it her way. She took an eating plan that worked for her (keto) and made it into something she could stick with (lazy). All without using expensive, hard-to-find ingredients and without adhering to so many strict rules making it (dirty keto). learning to have fun with her diet and with the recipes she created she saw incredible results. Plus, as you can see in the video (link below) she even kept her trademark sass and wit and enjoying her fave light beer, tortillas, and chocolate!
