Faith, Trust, and Pixie Dust Inspired Ornament

Faith, Trust, and Pixie Dust Inspired Ornament

The Faith, Trust, and Pixie Dust Inspired Ornament is brought you by our love for Tinker Bell and of course all things Disney! This year our families decided to do homemade gifts instead of store bought, so our daughter and I have been busy crafting lots of Disney themed ornaments for you to enjoy. Some of the ideas we had include: Frozen, Pluto, Cinderella, The Lion King, 101 Dalmatians, Minnie Mouse, The Little Mermaid and several more! So be sure you following along for the next few weeks for new Disney themed ornaments.

Directions:
-Begin by coloring your ornament the base colors. In order to do this, pour a good amount of both paints, purple and blue into the ornament and swirl it around until it has completely covered the surface of the ornament.
-Next, Place your ornament upside down on a cup, or something like this in order to allow the excess paint to drip out and the ornament to dry completely. This could take up to a few hours.
-This is a really simple ornament because it is just a quote, simply write the quote “Faith, Trust, and Pixie Dust”, you can write it in any font or color that you want but I chose to use black. I thought it stood out nicely.
-Finish it off with a ribbon for hanging and you are all done!

After it is dry you can wrap it up for gift giving or hang it on the tree. Either way you go, I am positive this diy craft will be a hit with the kids as well as adults.

Who is your favorite Disney character? Mine would have to be Mickey Mouse because after all without Mickey there would be no Disney! 🙂

You should make a 6 pack of ornaments then give them away in a giveaway. My daughter and son in law are huge Disney/Disneyland fans. My 18 month old granddaughter love Mickey & Minnie. My sister got her the Mickey & Minnie that stand up. The first thing she does is go for the nose to bite it and kiss them. They are a little taller than she is. My daughter and son in law took her to Disneyland for the first time and she liked it. Your ornament is really cute ?
