Fathers Day Gift Guide 2018

Father’s Day is a special day for Dads to be celebrated and this year Brady is celebrating year number 20 as a Dad. To make it a special day I decided to work with some of my favorite brands to give you a fun gift guide with some unique ideas for spoiling your Dad (or Mom that wears a mom hat!)

Each year Liz always surprises Brady with something fun and since he isn’t a tie wearing guy those we usually stay away from. But over the years we have learned some of the things he loves to get. One of his favorite gifts is summer sausage and extra sharp shredded cheese. We also get him something practical each year so that he opens more than one gift. We recently did the BBQ Gift Guide and he was spoiled with some pretty cool BBQ Essentials that he uses almost daily.

While we aren’t sure what he is going to get this Father’s Day we know that whatever he gets he will love. Check out these super fun gift ideas below! No matter what you decide to do for Father’s Day I am sure that it will be a hit!! There are hundreds of ideas you can make for little of nothing, which is always one of my favorite ways to make crafts! Remember to check out Frugal Father’s Day Gifts, Father’s Day Crafts including a pen holder, selfies and more, as well as great gift ideas from Best Buy and of course activities you can do with Dad.

Mother's Day is a special day for Moms to be celebrated and this year I am celebrating Mother's Day number 20 as a mom. To make it a special day I decided to work with some of my favorite brands to give you a fun gift guide with some unique ideas for spoiling your mom (or dad that wears a mom hat!) Through the years I've gotten my fair share of coupon books that were good for back rubs, dishes, supper prep and even an occasional house cleaning. Liz was always very creative when it came time to give me a coupon book and each coupon had strict rules included, like only 1 coupon per day was always one I chuckled at. We even have a few cookbooks that teacher's helped our kids create and let's not forget the countless hand drawn pictures that adorned our fridges for months after the holiday was over. While each gift that she has given me over the years holds a special place in my heart, the older she gets the more I enjoy the gifts she finds for me. For the past few years I've received a hanging flower that I'm put in charge of raising, which inevitably dies no matter how hard I try to nurture it. So we have a standing joke that you should only deliver plants that you will take care of because it isn't going to live with my black thumbs in charge.
