Fellowes Powershred P-12C Review
A paper shredder may not be the first gift that comes to mind for holiday shopping, but it is a smart gift for loved ones – especially considering that identity theft is on the rise. One of the things that I have learned working from home is that a paper shredder is a must have for some of the documents I receive so I was thrilled when I had the opportunity to try this one out.
As moms/dads we want to protect our financial records to ensure that our children are taken care of financially and with this awesome paper shredder you can now have that peace of mind. The Fellowes Powershred P-12C is the World’s Toughest Shredder according to their box and website. This shredder is a must have for any home, office, or college student because it has a slim profile design.
Features include:
- Cross-Cut blades that destroy 12 sheets of paper into approximately 309 particles per sheet, making it extremely difficult to reassemble
- SafeSense® technology which automatically disables the shredder when hands touch the paper opening
- The ability to shred credit cards, paper clips, staples and junk mail for added convenience
It will run continuously for 5 minutes shredding virtually anything you put into your shredder. Then after 5 minutes it has an autiomaic cool down time that will not only save your paper shredder but your sanity as well. This awesome paper shredder will cut 12 sheets and it cuts into apporximately 309 particles per sheet. So if someone is very dedicated they might be able to put the pieces back together but I highly doubt it.
The Fellowes Powershred P-12C also has automatical safe sense technology that is easily activated just by touching or getting close to the shredder. This is a fabulous feature especially if you have little kids around.
