Frozen Inspired Marshmallows

 Frozen_Marshallow_Treats

Frozen inspired marshmallow treats are the perfect addition to any Frozen themed party. They are easy to make, fun for the kids and of course the perfect Frozen party food.

10 large marshmallows

6 oz Wilton white candy melts

10 Wilton candy sticks

Wilton clear crystal sugar sprinkles (I found these at Joann’s)  You could even use blue, but these are made with the white.

light blue Scotch washi tape (optional but I used it on the candy sticks to make little flags)

Frozen-Inspired-Marshmallows

Directions –

#1. Pour the Wilton white candy melts into a microwavable safe dish and heat in 30 second increments. Stir after every 20-30 seconds until melted. Once it is completely melted, let the chocolate cool a few minutes.

#2. Put a stick onto each marshmallow. Stick them one at time in the chocolate. Use a spoon if needed to help cover the marshmallow completely (see photo).

#3. Next, sprinkle with sugar crystals and stand up on a plate so they set.

#4. Repeat, dipping all the marshmallows.

#5. Once they are set you can add small piece of tape to each candy stick (again, optional).

*Makes 10 servings. 1 marshmallow = 1 serving. Just make 10 at a time and then start over if you need more Frozen Inspired Marshmallows.

Enjoy these easy to make marshmallows at your Frozen party! I have lots of other great party ideas found here and  more snacks too Frugal Frozen Party. Frozen will be a classic that will be enjoyed for generations!! Pick up your copy of the DVD today, if you don’t have one! We have a 16 year and watch this amazing movie at least once a week together as a family. But my nieces/nephews who are younger watch it daily because of their love for the movie! We even had a couple Elsa’s for Halloween this year.

Be sure to check out Frozen on their Website, Facebook and Twitter!
