Hilton Garden Inn Los Angeles
Disclosure: I attended the #DisneyPlanesPremiere and #LittleMermaidEvent. My flight, lodging and expenses were all covered by Disney. However, all opinions are my own.”
Hilton Garden Inn Los Angeles was my home away from home last March when I attended a press trip for Disney. It was a great place to lay my head at night and was the prime spot for tourist sight seeing. The first day of my arrival, I always go out exploring to see what kind of fun things I can see. Within just a few blocks of the hotel I found some amazing vegetation and got in several good hills for my exercise.
As you can tell their bathroom is very stylish and I was in love with all of the counter space for the week I was there. I didn’t always look that clean, but a mom has to relax right?
The palm trees made it feel even more like “California” and the water pressure was amazing!! Each room is equipped with a microwave and refrigerator so you could shop from their “pantry” and get a bite to eat as late as you needed or wanted too.
The red chair was absolutely beautiful and it was the spot I enjoyed sitting in when I had a moment of downtime. There isn’t much downtime on these trips, so it was a nice change of pace when I got to relax.
One of my favorite things about press trips is that I get the beds all to myself! I was impressed with the softness of this bed and the pillows made the perfect bed partners every night. We won’t tell Mr. SMSL that I didn’t miss his snores while I slept! 🙂
I found it fitting that the second hotel I stayed in while visiting Los Angeles gave me a picture of the Roosevelt Hotel to enjoy! That is where I stayed during my first trip to LA and I LOVED that hotel!
The Hilton Garden Inn had recently been remodeled so it looked great. The staff was all very helpful and my only “complaint” of the stay was that they weren’t well equipped to deal with 25 hungry bloggers. But that being said, they did get us all fed the five days that we were there, so they did overcome that obstacle.
Hilton Garden Inn Los Angeles is just a few short blocks from the Oscar Staircase as well as the Hollywood Walk of Fame. It is the perfect destination for all things glitz and glamour!
