Eat Better

Remove Disturbances
Distractions and disturbances can either stop you from getting to sleep entirely or decrease the quality of your sleep. These include bright lights and hot temperatures. True, you can’t always help the temperature, but try to keep your bedroom as cool and dark as possible for a better night’s sleep.
Bright lights, like those emitted by screens, can interfere with your natural sleep hormone levels. Use a blue light filter or, ideally, stop using them before you go to bed.
Another thing that can bother you is bedbugs. Unfortunately, once you have an infestation, it’s very difficult to get rid of it. If you suspect that you’re plagued by these pests, then consider calling a bed bug exterminator to handle it.
Set a Bedtime
A regular bedtime routine isn’t something that’s only good for children. If you go to sleep and wake up at the same time every day, then your body will find it easier to drift off at these times. It’s also easier for you to keep to a habit once you’ve set it, and ensures that you prioritize sleep.
True, you won’t be able to stick to a rigid schedule every night, but breaking your bedtime routine should be an exception, not a rule. You should even stick to it at weekends for the best results.
Improve Your Bedroom
One great way to improve your sleep is to improve your bedroom. By creating a relaxing, luxurious haven, you make it easier for yourself to sleep comfortably and well. Splash out on a good mattress and pillows and create a restful area to sleep and relax in.
