Leprechaun Bark Recipe

Leprechaun Bark Recipe

LEPRECHAUN BARK

Ingredients

15 Grasshopper Cookies

15 Keebler Grasshopper Cookies

5 Andes Thin Mint Candies

¾ cup short thin stick pretzels

8 oz chocolate melts or Candiquik

¼ cup brown M&M candies

¼ cup green M&M candies

green & white sprinkles

Directions

Place Grasshopper Cookies in a plastic bag and smash into pieces. Place on a large cookie sheet lined with wax paper.

Place Andes Thin Mint Candies in a plastic bag and smash into pieces. Pour on a cookie sheet and sheet and mix with Grasshopper Cookies.

Break pretzels in small pieces and spread evenly through cookie mixture.

Spread brown M&M candies evenly through cookie mixture.

Melt chocolate melts or Candiquik and quickly drizzle over mixture and mix thoroughly.

Place green M&M candies and sprinkles evenly on top of the mixture and press down slightly into bark mixture.

Place cookie sheet in refrigerator until the chocolate hardens. Once hardened, carefully break bark into pieces.
