Mac n Cheese with Corn Casserole is a must have dish during the holidays and summer barbecues. I use a big 9X13 pan to make this delicious dish because its easy to make and is a great dish to enjoy at home or on the go. I take it to picnics, family dinners, and anywhere I can come up with a reason to make it!! Its one of our favorite meals, but you better be ready for some extra exercise.
Spray pan with Pam (or other non-stick spray)
Dump a box of noodles in the bottom. (I use whatever kind I have on hand)
Dump 1 can of cream corn on the macaroni and 1 can of whole kernel corn liquid and all.
Add in one can of evaporated milk to the pan.
Slice a stick of butter and place into pan I did it rather randomly and it turned out fine.
Cover with cheese, I used Velvetta, just because that is our family favorite in this recipe.
Bake for about an hour at 350 degrees until your cheese is melted and macaroni is done. Cool for a little bit and then serve. Heidi

This looks like something my family will enjoy. Have you tried it with chunks of ham in it? If so would your recommend it?

Kandi-I haven’t ever tried ham in it, but I bet it would be delicious!! If I try it, I will let you know.
