My Last Thanksgiving As A Fat Guy

I am Mr Life with Heidi and I am a fat guy.

Well the hustle an bustle of the holiday season is here,  which means you guessed it! More fattening foods than I can ever imagine. Luckily for me my house is the center of attention which means all access to the good stuff, naps, loose pants the works!

I already have it in my head that this will be my last Thanksgiving as a fat dude. Which means packing stuffing down the ole gullet till she over flows? Lord I hope not if i am beginning to learn anything from my journey it is a lil self control.

I grew up watching my dad, uncles and aunts all piling food on their plates then eating till they are sick then complaining how full they were. Thinkin’ this is normal I to have the will to devour food  until I’m miserable! Why!?

How dam stupid is this a sick feeling not able to move without pain good lord what  a good time. So as I sit here at the table doing some prep work for turkey day I look ahead and am at peace that  I will have my last miserable Thanksgiving! With that said tomorrow I am going to give thanks for potatoes, homemade noodles, pie, dressing, pie, hot rolls and more pie!

Here’s to a great holiday season!

How easy this could be to eat everything in sight and not think about it.

I wish you luck! Changing habits is changing a lifestyle, bu it is doable! You will have good days and bad days. May your good days outnumber the bad, and this time next year, your post is gonna read “Now I am a Skinny Dude!”
