New Years Resolutions Printable

New Years Resolutions Printable! Each year I try to focus on setting resolutions that will help me throughout the year. Then, I write them down and put them on the refrigerator so that way I know I will see them each day. I haven’t gotten around to setting them this year, just yet but I know that the time is coming, so I wanted to make sure you had a cute printable you could use too!

Things to remember:

  • Think it through and make sure that they are attainable. Make them realistic goals, don’t start out by saying I’m losing 50 pounds. Start by saying, I’m loosing 5 pounds, then celebrate your small accomplishments until you get to your 50 pounds lost goal.
  • Be reasonable, pay off one or two bills at a time to help you get out of debt. It is unrealistic to say I’m getting completely out of debt in 2015. But if you work on them one at a time, you will be gaining and one step closer to reaching your goals.
  • Start small and make them goals you can reach.
  • Make a plan! My favorite quote is, If you fail to plan, you are planing to fail” by Benjamin Franklin. Which is one of the best quotes ever in my opinion!
  • Involve the kids and teach them from a young age to set small goals.
  • Celebrate each success no matter how small.
  • Setting goals is hard work, but it is worth it in the end.

So when it comes time to make your New Year’s Resolutions print out this printable and make goals that you know you can reach. With all good things it takes time to master them so remember it takes 21 days for it to officially become a habit!

What are some of your New Year’s Resolutions?
