Pieces and Nuts for Father’s Day
Pieces and Nuts for Father’s Day!! The older I get the more practical my gifts are to my husband each year. This year is no different, minus Liz and I put our heads together as well as time to work on these fun projects. While we may not be the most crafty, we had fun and Mr. SMSL will love his presents so that is all that matters to us. We hope you have just as much fun as we did!
As you most of you know I have a Silhoutte Cameo, but know that not everyone has one of those so I did this project two ways for you!! The above can orange circles can be printed out on sticker paper with your printer. Then cut out and stuck onto the jars. I am sure you can do it all in the Silhoutte Software but I just used word for them. When I printed them we of course were running low on ink, but I think that they just have a little more character the way the turned out.
Fill your jar with Reese’s Pieces®, write a note to Dad and you have the perfect “We Love You To Pieces” Present!
We are nuts for you is probably going to be Mr. SMSL’s favorite. He is a whole peanut lover so we decided a jar of peanuts was going to be a must have for him. I created that picture in picmonkey with a graphic image I bought. I also printed it out on Silhouette Sticker Paper to make it easier to work with. Our local Hy-Vee has fresh peanuts for $1.99 a pound so this project won’t break the bank!!
If the two projects above won’t work try some of these cute ideas below! I’m sure you will find the perfect gift for your Dad for Father’s Day!
Coffee Sampler–Mr. SMSL just likes plain coffee so for this one I would have to just get creative with the names!
