We all know that I have dieted, tried new products and done the latest greatest weight loss products. I’ve made some lifestyle changes but lately I have been LAZY! So here is a quick recap of what my last year has been like.
I did Team Cinchspiration for 6 months and ended up being a winner!! I started at 241 pounds and ended the 6 month challenge at 197 pounds. I won third place out of 50 and I was ecstatic with my results.
Then because they opened another blogger program, I felt almost obliged to apply, so I did. They changed the formula, and I did 6 months on the program but I didn’t do very well at all. Shaklee180 started and I weighed 205 pounds, notice the weight gain after I went off of the program. But I didn’t continue their product use at all and that was my fault not theirs. But during that 6 month program I again lost and made it down to 189 pounds. I did ok this time around but not as good as I should have. Then it hit me, that it was over, I didn’t do everything I should have and was disappointed in myself for not doing what I should have.
Fast forward 8 months and guess what?? I have been LAZY, depressed, not myself and eating everything in sight as well as doing closet eating and more. I haven’t exercised, I haven’t ate right, and I have fell off of the weight loss wagon. I’ve had to buy bigger clothes, my stomach is getting bigger and I have been miserable.
I’ve learned a lot about weight loss on the last year. I’ve done Shaklee 180 and Team Cinchspiration and learned a lot about weight loss and myself. But since the challenges ending I’ve started putting weight back on. I’m not proud of that and it is miserable because I worked hard to lose it the first time.
So I’ve learned I hate exercise but it is a necessity when losing weight. Everyone that is skinny or fit spends time in the gym, walking or working out. I love food and hate exercise and have fell off the wagon. So as bad as I hate to I have to admit defeat and own up to everyone that I now weigh 240 pounds again.
What am I going to do? I’m implementing exercise back into my day even though I don’t want to. First thing in the morning I’m going to do at least a mile on the elliptical. It only takes 5 minutes to do a mile and I’m worth it. I’m going to drink more water and eat more fruits and vegetables. We have cleared the cabinets of all of the junk and need to focus on eating better.
As well drinking my pink drink! Since I have started I’ve already lost 2 pounds in the last 4 days and I feel great! The more water I drink the better I feel and I can’t wait to show you what I look like after a month!!
