I need tell you something. I’m a mom of four with not a lot of time to red. I picked up Pure Heart, half thinking it would just be another book I read. Boy was I wrong. This isn’t just any book. Follow along as I tell you why.
Her writing is awesome
I am a writer for a living. Troy’s words and the way she writes is magnificent. She has a way of naturally pulling you in. Her writing is unlike anyone’s I’ve ever read and you will not be bored throughout this book.
Her story is incredible
I have lived quite the life in the 29 years I’ve been alive. One thing I love reading about is other people’s lives. Troy Ball has lived an incredible life and I’m sure glad she wrote about it. Everything from her upbringing to her love for her special needs kids, she had me hooked.
It’s a must read
I don’t want to tell you everything about this book because you need to read it for yourself. I guarantee after the first chapter, you will be hooked. My favorite parts were reading about her dad and how much she admired and followed his advice. Everyone needs a dad like that. Of course, her husband, Charlie is a good man and I loved reading about their love, trials, and tribulations.
I think I most related to Troy because she’s a woman and she’s a mom. She doesn’t give up easily and she’s a good story teller. There aren’t many books out there like this that can grab your attention and keep you hooked. I was on my toes the whole time.
I’m telling you, if you know what’s good for you, go grab Pure Heart. While the story of her business is incredible, her whole story is worth reading.
