Ranch Seafood Rolls are a delicious and easy no cook meal that is perfect to take with you on any summer outing. Anything that I can cook for a quick meal that will be refreshing is a win win but remember when you picnic to keep your food cold. To make these delicious and easy on the go rolls pick up a package of imitation crab, frozen shrimp, rolls and ranch dressing.

Making these delicious Ranch Seafood Rolls are easy to make and ready to go in under an hour including chilling time! Then, pick a side dish or two to go with them and you have the perfect picnic foods.

Pasta Salad:This is an easy thing to whip together and it’s cold to enjoy on a nice hot day.

Fruit Salad: This is a healthy and refreshing food to have. Plus many ways to make it, using different fruits.

Watermelon: This is the most common item to have during your picnic. Watermelon is an inexpensive side that you can pick up at any farmer’s market.

Potato Salad: Another cold refreshing salad that is easy to bring and put together. It’s an alternative to have if your family doesn’t like pasta salad.

Angel Food Cake: Many different items can go with this cake. The most common are strawberries and strawberry gel. Very sweet dessert to enjoy with the nice weather.
