Shift for Good by Tory Johnson is a very empowering book that we should all take the time to read. One of the biggest hurdles we (as women) all face at one time or another is our weight, joy and of course the happiness around us. Life is tough no matter what job you have, what stage of life you are in or how “fat or fit” you are there is still something nagging at us more often than not. In Shift for Good Tory shares it all with us and tells it like it is.
A few years ago I lost about 50 pounds and I was happy but I didn’t keep it off. I’m now bigger than I was than before when I started losing weight. It’s not an easy pill to swallow, but I didn’t Shift for Good like Tory has, I shifted to lose weight but didn’t change my mind about my life. While I’m just getting started with Shift for Good I feel like this is the best way for me because if you change the inside the outside has to change. So be sure you follow me to find out how well or bad I’m doing in a month!

Tory Johnson has been a weekly contributor on ABC’s Good Morning America since 2005.
