This dvd also has seven 20 minutes Yoga sections plus bonus practices and meditations. There’s also a 27 minute  interview with Shiva talking about Santorini , the DVD and her new book which is an added benefit to all the great exercise choices you have. There is also a 10 minute Prana Danda practice with Demetri and Shiva but there is no verbal instruction but it looks fun.
The DVD was filmed in several locations in Greece which makes you feel like you are exercising in Greece. Because there are so many possibilities of how you can use this workout DVD you could use it for several days and not do the same exercise which is great for me. It doesn’t matter if you are just a beginner or a hard core Yoga Fitness buff, you will enjoy this great DVD. It helps you relax, sculpt, tone and stretch your entire body. But be prepared for a workout, I am always impressed at how great I feel after a Yoga session.
