Growing up in the 70s-80’s we loved all things Strawberry Shortcake and I even proudly carried my metal lunchbox with me everywhere I went. While it was to be used for lunches, it rarely ever got used for that as it usually had my Strawberry Shortcake collections in it. While I’m unsure of where they have went through the years, it is one of the things that I would love to have back. But Strawberry Shortcake is making a come back for a new generation to enjoy and with a few changes she is still the berry same as she was way back then. She even still smells the same if you can believe that, now only if we could invent smelling DVDS my world would be complete.
Now you can dance along with Strawberry Shortcake and her friends’ adventures! Apple causes “The Berry Bitty Dance Disaster” when she invents groove booties to keep up with her pals’ moves. Strawberry and Plum use the booties to teach puppies ballet, but one will become a “Doggie Dance No-Show.” And Cherry Jam must find a solution when she can’t escape the popularity of her “Dance Puppy Dance” song. We smiled, laughed and reminisced about time gone by but on thing is for certain, this one is a must add to anyone’s DVD collection, there is even a set of Dance Berry stickers in specially marked packages, so be sure to keep your eye out for them too!
