Techno Kids Stack & Spin Gears
As a certified Elementary Teacher, one of the things I know is most important in any child’s life is education. Which is why during birthday, holidays, and almost any time in between I try to partner with brands that have educational items that are fun. While I only have a 20-year-old daughter (who is pregnant with our first grandbaby), we have LOTS of nieces and nephews. 25 and counting so we have a wide range of kids to test products on.
But this time around we are going to be talking about one of my favorite brands, “The learning Journey.” They have a wide variety of products available on their website, including puzzles, active play, constructive play, games and of course Stem learning items. They even have some electronic learning items available, but I believe in teaching kids starting early to build things because it makes them more creative.
What is STEM?
STEM learning is Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math. Which is super important to teach kids because it allows them to think outside of the box we often times try to put kids into. One of the best products is this fun Techno Kids Line which lets kids as young as 2 years old can start exploring those engineering skills.
One exciting addition to this line is the Techno Kids Stack & Spin Gears Mega Set, which lets kids build and then play with the toy they just built! Simply connect the base plates in any configuration, then add on the gears. The two different gear sizes allow kids to stack and sort in any configuration they like, to create an amazing kid-powered machine! These gears are perfect for open-ended exploration of simple mechanics, all while building confidence as kids design gears that really work!
Made from durable plastic, the mega set comes with 36 colorful gear pieces and 24 base plates. The exclusive set sells exclusively at Costco for a limited time for just $16.99.
