4.    Carbonara

This is another classic pasta dish which is loved by many people in Italy. The main ingredients of this dish include egg yolk, bacon, guanciale, and pecorino cheese. To add more scrumptious taste to this dish, some people also add Parmesan cheese. 

Although in the original traditional recipe, no cream and milk are used but modern chefs use these ingredients sometimes. The final result after cooking is a very creamy, smooth, and rich with a little bit of fine crispy texture. 

5.    Ragu Napoletano 

The Ragu Napoletano pasta, when cooked in a traditional way, takes a quite long time to cook as compared to any other pasta dishes. Its main ingredients are meat, onion, tomato concentrate, red wine, salt, pepper, and parsley. 

No milk and cream are used in this recipe but it is completely filled with the abundance of fresh tomatoes.

    Pasta is my go-to fast and easy meal. I make Spaghetti Aglio, Olio E Peperoncino at least twice a month and sometimes add some tuna and frozen peas. My grandmother taught me how to make marinara sauce when I was little and I still make it the same way.
