Plus, my Doctor and I recently decided that it was time to do some allergy testing as well as some other tests to determine what could be causing some of the issues. You can bend all the rules and still lose weight! One of my favorite recipes is Scratch The Egg Fast Salad sandwich I just have to omit the cheese. Another great meal is Rock Bottom Scrimp Cocktail that makes you feel like you are cheating, when in fact you aren’t at all.
