Tips for Taking Care of Your Tootsies
I’m sure most people can relate to standing on their feet for long periods of time. It’s important to find ways to take care of your tootsies because they’re unbelievably good to us. Here are some ways I pamper my toes to make sure they are good to go.
Prop Those Feet Up
One of the best ways to make your feet feel better after a long day is to prop them up. You can use pillows or your coffee table. Where ever you decide to prop them up, just make sure you’re comfortable!
A little secret I’ve found for making sure my feet stay comfortable throughout the day is with Hydrofeet. Hydrofeet insoles are so comfortable! And they make the insoles for kids and adults. If you’re going to skimp on your wardrobe, don’t make your feet pay for it by buying a cheap pair of shoes. Get a pair of shoes that support your feet from all sides. I’ve also noticed that the better branded shoes also last longer, so you’re spending less money in the long run anyways.
