12 Uses for Avocado Oil
Avocados are good for your body as well as skin! It is most commonly known as Mother Nature’s skin moisturizer because it is filled with good fats. Being more green as well as healthier are something that I have been working at for the last 2 years. I’m on my way, but I know that there are always room to improve. You can pick up avocado oil on Amazon, but remember it will last a long time and make you healthier in the process.
Dry Skin Therapy: Mash a ripe avocado with a form (or blender) and add a little oatmeal until you get a consistency that will stick to your skin without running off. Now apply to your dry skin areas (face or body) for 10 to 15 minutes and rinse.
Drop Cholesterol: Eat a 1/2 of an Avocado every other day or every 3rd day and watch as your cholesterol falls!
Natural Sunburn Therapy: Mix 1/4 avocado to 3/4 aloe vera and freeze in silicone ice trays. Rub directly on the affected sunburned skin for an instant healing and moisturizing treatment.
Natural Hair Therapy for Stressed damaged Hair: Peel open an avocado and place in your blender. Add a little oil and you’ll have a deep conditioning treatment that is completely natural. Leave on hair for 5 minutes then rinse thoroughly.
