Zuki Helps You Alleviate Muscle Pains
Yes, even when you are walking as an exercise you need to spend some time properly streching and I’ve partnered with a new to us brand to help us reach our goals. Zuki sent me the Zuki Muscle Roller Sticks Combo Pack and a pair of insoles for my shoes as to allow me to try them myself, however all opinions are 100% my own.
When they arrived, I was intrigued to say the least and tried the insoles in my shoes first. While it does take some time to get used to them, they have improved my posture which is a good thing. But what I noticed the most was that I didn’t have any muscle aches and pains after working in the yard all day. (That never happens!) So they next time, I tried without the insoles to put them to the test and I had aches and pains like normal.
