National No Diet Day!
National No Diet Day is May 6th along National Crepe Suzette Day!! Crepe Suzette is a French dessert that is believed to be invented by mistake in the late nineteenth century when a dish accidentally caught on fire. Crepe Suzette is made by pouring orange liquor, usually Grand Marnier, over a crepe with sugar. The liquor is then ignited. The fire makes the liquor evaporate and a thick, delicious, caramelized sauce is left. Celebrate on May 6th by going out for crepe suzette at your favorite French restaurant!! You won’t have to worry about the calories when you enjoy this dessert, because May 6th is also National No Diet Day!! This day celebrates acceptance of our bodies, just the way they are!!
